We had brand-new rooms with a guaranteed balcony, good views plus cupboards and the staff were professional. The breakfast was great value at a reasonable rate! The hotel had an ideal and easy location close to Her Majesty's Theatre.

There was no clean towels provided on the Saturday. We paid in advance for our room and when checking out in the morning the receptionist wanted to charge me an extra $91 but couldnt tell me what for.

The desk staff need some training in the locations of the nearest public transport. Also, there needs to be a location in the lobby for tourist brochures, maps etc.
